Four stories

I have launched several startups and products, on my own and inside companies. I own the whole path: brand and user experience, engineering, search visibility, deployment and infrastructure.
Visual identity and brand, UI/UX thinking, search visibility (SEO), site design through to publishing, hosting, servers and DNS.
Vidoal (co-founder, 2015 to 2018): a Persian-language learning platform with a custom CMS, online examination system and interactive learning modules. People's Choice awards for best educational website at the Iran Web and Mobile Festival.
KindIran: an AI-powered platform for discovering Iran, connecting nature, culture, places, art and products, including an immersive audio-visual gallery built with Three.js.

I introduced business intelligence to an organization with no prior exposure. The first dashboard became an operational product used by hundreds of people and the start of a dedicated BI unit that I headed.
Stakeholder interviews and needs analysis, then ETL and data modeling, then the first operational dashboard.
The dashboard became one of the company's core products. That success led to a dedicated BI unit: I hired and mentored the team and owned the BI roadmap.
Full data lifecycle from ETL to reporting on Power BI Server, SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS.
At a large international company I designed and implemented ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric. When Fabric and SharePoint were removed from the company's ecosystem, I started developing a fully self-hosted internal data portal.
The goal: less dependence on cloud services, more control and ownership of the organisation's data and infrastructure, and one integrated point of access to data, reports and internal tools.
The result: the foundation of an extensible platform that brings the organisation's capabilities together, simplifies access for users, and supports data-driven solutions in an environment fully under the organisation's control.
End-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Notebooks, Dataflow Gen2), with automated refresh and orchestration through Fabric Pipelines.
Four online stores delivered end to end, from the first line of code to launch, on ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server and nopCommerce.
Backend-focused web and e-commerce development as team lead at Axolon, using ASP.NET / C#, SQL Server and nopCommerce.
Beyond development, I also provided BI services for these stores.

Career path

- Delivered 10+ Power BI dashboards in the transportation domain, providing data-driven operational insights.
- Built end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Notebooks, Dataflow Gen2) to ingest and transform data from multiple sources, with automated refresh and orchestration through Fabric Pipelines.
- After Fabric and SharePoint were removed from the company's ecosystem, started developing a fully self-hosted internal data portal: less dependence on cloud services, full ownership of data and infrastructure, and one point of access to data, reports and internal tools.
- Introduced BI to an organization with no prior experience: ran stakeholder interviews and needs analysis, then delivered the first dashboard, which grew into an operational product used by hundreds of people and one of the company's core products.
- That success led to a dedicated BI unit, which I headed: hired and mentored the team and owned the BI roadmap.
- Covered the full data lifecycle from ETL to reporting: designed and maintained BI and data warehouse solutions using Power BI Server, SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS.
- Led backend-focused web and e-commerce development using ASP.NET / C#, SQL Server and nopCommerce.
- Co-founded an educational technology startup providing a Persian-language learning and training platform.
- Designed the core platform architecture (custom CMS, online examination system, interactive learning modules) and took part in product design and technical decisions.
- Built a gamification system to drive engagement: users earned points for reading content, watching videos and sharing knowledge, and were ranked by their contribution.
- The platform won People's Choice awards for best educational website at the Iran Web and Mobile Festival.
- Hamahang: headed the company's software department; designed and developed enterprise business systems in C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server, including pricing, warranty, CRM and internal operational applications.
- Shilton: developed database-driven internal applications for operational planning and financial and vendor tracking.
- KindIran: an AI-powered platform for discovering Iran that connects its nature, culture, places, art and products. Its vision is a bridge between the physical and digital worlds, where every place, artwork, image, product or experience can have a digital identity and connect with the rest of Iran's life, culture and economy.
- ViDevelop, my own startup: custom software, e-commerce and BI-oriented web solutions for international and local clients, as solution designer and technical lead.
